Return Policy

Melody Mart assures satisfaction with your purchase, if you are not pleased, contact us.  We reserve the right not to accept a return and may require a re-stocking fee.  

Any purchased item from our inventory may be exchanged, if defective, within 7 Days of the date of purchase either for an identical item or store credit.  Receipts must always accompany the purchased item(s) in their original packaging. 

Special orders of non-stock items, Print music, mouthpieces, and individual reeds are non-returnable.

We do not give refunds.
