About the event
The course is structured to interpret auditory signals, support auditory memory, and help build their early literacy development through narration of children's books. As well as stimulating curiosity and sparking imagination.
Students will:
● Use musical instruments as part of an interactive Storytime playing/learning experience.
● Explore rhythms and rhyming of music to help children develop reading readiness.
● Retain concepts through music and engaging activities.
● Develop ability to focus, concentration, social and communication skills.
Musical Storytime is a recurring event at Melody Mart. This class is suited for ages 7 and under. This is an educational, fun, and engaging group event. Material is provided by the instructor.
Registration is required. Students must be accompanied by grown-up.
