About the event
Music allows us to explore our bodies and emotions in a variety of ways to help learn self-regulation, creativity and expression. This class provides time to explore yoga through the use of music, instruments, games, breathing and relaxation. Kids will learn to bring awareness to their bodies, breath and minds in fun and interactive ways and explore tools to create mindfulness and relieve stress through sound.
