About the event
If you're a ukulele player who wants to play with other music lovers like yourself, this is the group for you! Hosted by our professional ukulele instructors, Melody Mart's Ukulele Ensemble is designed for ukulele students with some experience reading chord charts and playing basic strum patterns. Students who are enthusiastic about learning are welcome to join also.
In Ukulele Ensemble, depending on level and comfort, students will:
Learn beginning to advanced strum patterns
Learn fingerpicking techniques and tablature
Play musical pieces with varying parts
Opportunity to demonstrate their progress during the Open Mic portion of group
