The Exploratory Program
Sometimes you or your youngster are not sure what instrument works for you and just want to have a moment to explore the options. We offer a unique opportunity to spend an hour with a qualified instructor who can test you or your youngster on a handful of different instruments. The cost for this one hour program is $ 80.00. The intent of this program is to bring focus and energy to the student and the instrument they choose. Upon completion of this program we can continue the discussion of formal private instruction and/or group instruction, and obtaining your instrument to prepare you.

Casual Instruction Program
Other times you just want to explore what private instruction is all about on an instrument/or music topic. We offer a casual drop in program for you. The cost for casual instruction is $ 40.00 per half hour session. Subject to Availability. This program requires you to have an instrument to be practiced on.

Learning how to play an instrument is just the beginning! Melody Mart understands the importance of a well rounded music education and the journey to acquire that education. This is why we now offer an opportunity to explore a variety of other classes, workshops, groups, and events as part of your education. Here is an example list of the group programs being offered. Our Best value… The Monthly Instruction Subscription
Whether you are looking for a one-on-one experience or a small group setting, we offer an experience like no other. You or your youngster will work with enthusiastic experienced instructors who will inspire, guide, and educate you with the fundamentals necessary to play your instrument of choice.

Subscriptions are simply $100.00 regardless of the number of weeks in the given month.

A Subscription includes private instruction weekly and access to our monthly group programming.

The Private portion occurs as a standing appointment weekly starting in half-hour increments, but may be purchased in hour formats too.

All times are subject to availability. We are typically open 6 days a week (Monday thru Saturday).
Getting Started
For New Students/Returning Students Enrollment can be started in-person, over the phone or by visiting our website, melodymartusa.com. You will complete a pre-registration form. Crissy, our scheduling and event manager, will contact you and complete the process. Again a reminder that all times are subject to availability.
Enrollment
Once you are signed up for your private portion of instruction with Crissy, you will complete a simple Instruction agreement at the front desk on the first scheduled appointment date. You will need to arrive approx. 15 minutes before that appointment to complete. Be prepared. Current ID and banking information is required. Pricing & payment options

Expectations
Before your first lesson your instructor will reach out to introduce themselves. If you or your youngster has learning materials from previous instruction we encourage you to bring those materials to your first lesson. Your instructor will review and suggest any additional or new materials you may need. Remember, you will need an instrument to practice! We can help with that! Ask about the options available for obtaining an instrument through our store.
